I've been a patient at Nightingale house surgery for over 20 yrs and in general all the staff and doctors are caring and professional and extremely helpful. In my experience doctor Chong is a little insensitive to concerns and has been dismissive of certain symptoms hence me having to make further appointments to see other doctors before the correct treatment has been prescribed.
