I was to GP on Friday 12/02/16 and I met this doctor, he gave me prescription for medicine without checking my history and which medicine I normally use everyday. The medicine he gave to me supposed not work with the one I use every day so I become very sick ,vomiting and diarrhoea without stopping my son called ambulance in middle night then I went to the hospital. I was not happy at all. Before Doctors give patients prescription I think is good to check theirs history first, known which medicine they have to give patients which will not affect others medicine she/he normally use.
