Dr Walter took time to listen to my problems He took time to read my notes and quickly noticed a Vitamin B12 deficiency, he gave me an injection straight away and arranged for me to have another 5. Plus he sent me an email explaining why I have these symptoms and what to do long term. I am so delighted and impressed by the treatment that I received today.

When feeling vulnerable and low the care I received was heart warming. Dr Wolfgang listened intently, handled my feelings with great empathy and care. He sought to understand me and how i was feeling and then offered treatment and advice which was very effective. Really nice to receive such great care from the NHS. I found Dr Walter to be a very caring and knowledgeable Doctor who always goes the extra mile. It's a shame that he is only part time at my surgery as I would love him to be my regular Doctor.

Following tests he diagnosed the issues and sent me multiple texts with information on how to deal with the diagnosis along with arranging input from the nurses at the Practice.
