This GP was exceptionally thorough with my father and was curious enough to re-refer my father to a Dermatology consultant following persisting symptoms. The re-referral proved critical given that the findings were that my father had a very rare but aggressive form of skin cancer (DFSP). This re-referral resulted in aggressive surgery to excise the cancer and painful skin graphs (all much needed/critical treatment). My father's own GP at the surgery wasn't curious enough to re-refer my father for further review and insisted on re-prescribing steroid cream over and over again, a terrible error. My father and our family will always be thankful to Dr Zermansky for being such a thorough and skilled GP. A credit to the NHS.
