As usual amazing service at Freshwell HC First time I have seen Dr Walker he was very professional and I would have no hesitation in returning to see him again. keep up the Good work at the surgery. it is a delight to see patient feedback being welcomed and acted upon. Feel very very lucky to be in this catchment area.

Dr Walker rang me back very promptly after i rang the surgery seeking advice, My daughter had a fall and was in a lot of pain as she had finished the course of medicine prescribed from the hospital. Dr walker prescribed some more pain relief medication and anti inflammatory. That he said would be available that afternoon which i thought was fantastic. He also reassured me that all would be fine. Unfortunately some of the medicine he prescribed was not available that day and my daughter did have to wait until the following day. This is not a criticism of Dr Walker as he does a fantastic job but is there a way that doctors could know what medicine is available and what is not when they prescribe it.

Dr.Walker is a good listener and explains your health problems and treatment brilliantly. I also, am very pleased with all the staff. They make life so much easier.
