Dr never listens to you or your concerns, types on his keyboard when you are talking to him,if you don't follow his advice you get the cold shoulder, not genuinely sympathetic,no bedside manner, he really upset my gran when he just announced that she has cancer,no breaking the news gently, just told her outright.i prefer to go to the walk in clinic at Katie rd than see him.my previous gp at lordswood was fantastic, but not this GP.my gran went to see him once when she had a really bad throat infection ,she couldn't swallow.anything even saliva, but he didn't listen to her and gave her some large antibiotic tablets that she couldn't swallow, some of the other GP's in the practice are very good, our family always liked the lordswood practice, but we want to leave now , if friends asked what I thought about this Dr i would have to say , Go somewhere else, very upset and angry,I know nothing will change, dr's are immune from any criticism, and won't change, maybe have feedback cards at the GP surgery which could be filled in anonymously

Good and totally professional. Sorts out all problems and it easy to get an appointment. Very caring. Thanks Dr Wills.

Dr Taylor took over from my previous GP who had retired, Dr Van Marle. My previous GP was a fantastic GP and Dr Taylor had a challenge before he had started to fill his shoes! However whenever i have had to see Dr Taylor he is always very pleasant and makes me feel totally at ease straight away when i enter his office. When he is explaining a diagnosis or the medication that i require, he will explain it so i totally understand it and i never feel like i can't ask him further questions for clarification. He is very empathetic and listens to what i have to say. i never feel like i am bothering him, no matter how trivial the reason for my appointment with him.
