He was thorough in his questioning and his explanation of my situation and always gave me the opportunity to ask questions relating to the treatment he was describing. The consultation with the Doctor was very good and he answered all my question and made me feel confident about the trial drug programme. The parking at Preston Hospital is a big issue regarding location, price and availability so any improvement would ease the patients stress.
