I like Dr Ranawaka because she always takes that special time even thou she has a limited time to see you. Sometimes you can't get a follow-up appointment to finish your consultation about your treatment and this leaves you a bit frustrated, the appointment system needs revising so we are not hanging on the phone all morning and then told there are no appointments. Thank you

This charming lady Dr. is dedicated to her job & patient, always somehow makes time for u however small the complaint is. I could never wish for more than she does for her patients

Having had an incredibly painful condition for three and a half months, and having felt I was being fobbed off by others, I was desperate. I had been prescribed more and more strong painkillers which barely helped. Each day passed in agony and I had to sit up every night as I couldn't lie down. I had a phone Consultation with Dr .Ranawaka late one afternoon. She listened and instantly grasped the situation I was in. After speaking to her on the phone the relief I felt was so immense, it caused me to weep, something to which I am not prone. She instantly gave me an appointment to see her in two days time by which time she had already referred me to an appropriate Consultant. She was so caring and even phoned to keep my Husband and I in the picture as to what was happening. I have now had the necessary treatment which instantly cured the pain and I am so grateful to Dr Ranawaka. I do hope she stays in the Practice.

Kind, caring, attentive and definitely a doctor who deserves the title of Doctor. Unfortunately I have many health conditions and this particular doctor sees me as much as I can make appointments to see her. She is clearly very popular as its hard to always see her. One of the best, please stay!
