Dr Hyer is an exceptional consultant. He quickly investigated and identified my teenager's Crohn's disease. During the process, he was knowledgeable and reassuring, he was kind and no-nonsense, he was through and persistent, and he knew how to deal with a worried teen. Dr Hyer has ensured the process from initial consultation to identification of Crohn's after colonoscopy was as straightforward and easy as it could be. We are confident in the care plan he has put my child on, and we have absolute trust in him. I highly recommend Dr Hyer without hesitation. We were seen by Dr Hyer both privately and on the NHS.

Dr Hyer, is a fantastic Dr and we are very grateful for his reactiveness in getting our son who was very poorly diagnosed and treated in record time. Even though, we had a private consultation our treatment was conducted on the NHS and both services were exemplary. We are just happy that we found Dr Hyer and that he will be in charge of our sons ongoing needs.

A wise man once said: "Happiness is a pile of faeces". That man was correct. Voiding of poo in a consistent, calculated, controlled and comfortable manner is now possible for my son thanks to Dr Hyer. Dr Hyer's intervention has changed the life of my son, and by extension our whole family, the school teachers, my son's friends and my washing machine. We will be forever grateful to Dr Hyer.

Dr Hyer is not only an excellent doctor but a brilliant communicator. He makes children feel at ease with his jokes and easy manner whilst reassuring and informing the parents fully. His clinical approach has been very thorough and I fully trust his advice and guidance. He was able to appropriately diagnose my child whilst not over-investigating, which is something other doctors had previously failed to do. As a doctor myself I found his professionalism and overall care to of a very high standard and I would strongly recommend him to family and friends.
