I moved to New Haw on the day I went to register at the Wey Practice, I had driven for 5 hours & had cellulitis in my leg. I registered & asked if I could make an appointment, this was at 5.30 at night, I was given an appointment with Dr Patel,that evening & he could not have been more helpful & I was given antibiotics & had my blood pressure checked & asked if there was anything else he could help me with. it was excellent service from the Doctor & the very helpful receptionist, I could not have asked for more.

Dr Patel had taken the trouble to review my history at this surgery and therefore very quickly understood my reason for todays consultation. He immediatly put a plan of action to me and explained the necessary processes involved to reach a correct diagnosis and then organise the best treatment. His calm friendly and positive manner was very much appreciated by myself not only on this occasion but also in previous consultations. i would also like to add that i have been a patient of the Wey Family Practice for over 30 years and have always been given prompt and highly professional treatment by all the doctors ,nurses and staff members.
