Very kind and caring, listened well and gave us chance to ask questions. Explained everything well and we came away with a good understanding.
Thanks very much for your kind words. Feedback such as this makes our jobs in the hospital all the more satisfying.
Made my son feel comfortable and at ease.Really good with explaining so we could understand showed us websites to go on to educate ourselves.
Questions mostly directed at parent when it was a child who was the patient . Child is 13 and had capacity to answer questions . Also the same for advice and management of illness could have been directed at child in a manner that was easily understood by child. Some communication with child ( patient ) but mostly parent .
Advice given was well explained and thorough
Recommended and shown websites for information was also helpful
Seen quickly / no waiting time was excellent
Detailed assessment of needs completed again was excellent
Thanks for your valuable feedback. I will ensure i will try and communicate to the young person more actively in the future.
Fantastic with myself and my son, listened carefully to his current medical and emotional needs. Even gives high fives!
Thanks
Dr Metha is excellent. He listened to the concerns about my son, provided detailed advice and made the process understandable. My son is responding well to the treatment Dr Metha provided and we have follow up appointments to monitor progress. This has been an excellent experience.
