Questions mostly directed at parent when it was a child who was the patient . Child is 13 and had capacity to answer questions . Also the same for advice and management of illness could have been directed at child in a manner that was easily understood by child. Some communication with child ( patient ) but mostly parent . Advice given was well explained and thorough Recommended and shown websites for information was also helpful Seen quickly / no waiting time was excellent Detailed assessment of needs completed again was excellent

Dr Metha is excellent. He listened to the concerns about my son, provided detailed advice and made the process understandable. My son is responding well to the treatment Dr Metha provided and we have follow up appointments to monitor progress. This has been an excellent experience.
