I have been very concerned about my son . I phoned the consultants secretary and asked if the consultant could give me a call and left my number. My son was happy for me to call but how stupid was I to expect a consultant to speak to the likes of me. Well Dr Vijay Arulnathan, I had very important information to tell which could really affect my sons health but now I dont know where to go.

Had to leave session early due to his challenging attitude and totally dismissive of my mental health issues for his safety and mine I left and went to a safe place to try and calm down then spent an hour and a half with an advisor from breathing space who was excellent in calming me as heart rate was 120 bpm sitting The worst and most unempathetic episode in nearly 40 years of treatment never felt so angry at the belittling of my condition never will I trust or see a psychiatrist again you are just a part of a case load that is a hinderence in my opinion sad but it in my case true
