this woman had been me doctor for around 6/8 years. I met her as a teenage alcoholic who was hiding it and passing it off as depression. It's very difficult these days to find a doctor who is relatable .....id never ever been truthful to a dr about addictions. It's not easy to admit such a thing but I'm glad I did because without this dr I would be dead, I wouldn't be fulfilling my dreams and am now shooting for itv and I wouldn't have my son and partner. My rehab has been long and stressful and I'm sure there was times when se wanted me to land in that ditch but she never judged, always told me when she was proud I'd beaten something and that is all that's needed. I can't honestly explain my gratitude, she really is one in a million.
