The patience &understanding shown to me is up &beyond expectations , I’ve had occasion to have phone consultation and was never made to feel guilty or wasting their time. I was a patient of Dr. Rose for nearly 28 years or more and was very anxious over moving to a new GP service. I certainly needed have been ,spoken to a few doctors there including Dr. Schultz who were all the same ,being an old lady nearly 80 it’s very rewarding the care & attention given &listened to makes such a big difference . I have just found out Dr Pico has left my local GP surgery and I am so sad!! Dr Pico was a truly fantastic GP. Whatever problem I went to her with, and they were quite varied, she knew lots about it and made me feel safe and valued. Her communication skills were excellent, lots of eye contact and she really listened. I hope I can find another GP as good as her. I am sure she is doing something fantastic and making people's lives better wherever she has moved on to.
