Dr Melluish took the time to listen to both my wife and myself regarding our separate medical concerns. As required careful examination followed. We both felt confident that our individual needs were fully considered and any concerns put to rest. While aware that other patients would be waiting, we at no point felt rushed. The system used by the practice to initiatate an initial phone call to then gain a face to face appointment if required has proved to be most effective and is far speedier than the national press would lead us to believe.
