I write this message following my consultation today (21.05.20) during the Covid19 pandemic. I rang the Surgery at the insistence of my partner as she was concerned about a possible heart problem. Dr Hildreth phoned me within 1 hour and she was quite insistent that I visit the surgery that morning but my commitments prevented me from doing so and anticipated receiving an appointment for the following day. Dr Hildreth rang 1 hour later to offer me an appointment in the afternoon to have some investigations carried out at the surgery. I attended an following these test I spent a good 20 minutes with Dr Hildreth and whilst she thought my symptoms may not be serious she was very persuasive and insistent that she should refer me to Hospital for further investigation. She spent time explaining her possible concerns. Through out my consultation she was friendly, extremely polite and made me feel at ease.

She was friendly and put me at ease immediately. She had a great understanding of what my concerns was and she was also able to increase my knowledge of the issue for the future.

I have been seeing Dr Hildreth for a few years now as my GP. She was the first Dr to listen to me as a patient and got me seen by the Drs I needed to get a diagnosis. I have a number of complex problems, but despite this Dr Hildreth has never given up and always goes above and beyond to help despite how frustrating the situation can be!

Dr Vicky Hildreth is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She speaks to you as an equal. She is caring and listens. She is the best one at THe Moat House for me.
