It's been a while since my doctor -Dr Bennett left the surgery and it left me more depressed lost and quite sad,it's difficult and very important to find that connection with a doctor especially a special one like dr Bennett ,when you find a doctor you trust and feel comfortable with you don't want to loose them .when I found out she'd left I was so gutted this is my 3rd doctor over a number of years that's left the surgery now and it's like starting all over again building the trust when searching for another doctor,I'm sure most patients feel this to,when you've had/having tests for different types of health conditions it can take years waiting for a diagnosis,when your under different specialists and need further investigations and dr Bennett was on top of her job she got things done wasted no time went far and beyond she listened carefully like a friend very approachable and easy to speak to i felt very comfortable with her ,I use to recommend her to everyone. With the short time you get for a appointment she used to squeeze as much as she could in for you, not much as moved on for me since her leaving i feel I'm at a stand still i dont feel theres many doctors that have much experience in some conditions and they look at you like you dont no what your talking about worse thing is when you see a new doctor and you have to sit and explain whats been going off with your health over the years it can be overwhelming and stressful when you have so much going of and your in the middle of different tests with different specialist,I honestly hate going to my doctors it's frustrating especially when your not well I just want a proper experienced doctor who knows there stuff not a paramedic I'm just so sorry she had to go she was very popular and loved by many it's crazy how something like a doctor leaving can have such an effect on you. I just hope she's happy and settled in her new then job.

NMG What have you done??? To let such an amazing GP leave the practice! An absolute asset to your team and clearly undervalued! This lady has not only given me the BEST care that I have ever had from your practice in 40years. She is attentive, communicates incredibly well, ALWAYS does what she says she will do and ALWAYS checks up and follows up on your individual care even as early as 6am or as late as 11pm. She listens and really hears what you are telling her and is honestly a model of what we all want our GPs to be. I have never left her room and felt like my visit was a waste of time. She uses resources efficiently and explains and goes into depth if you don't understand anything and all whilst trying to do her part for the finances of the surgery.

Absolutely fantastic GP. Most importantly, she listens, explains and acts accordingly. I don’t often see the GP, and Dr Burnett is not my registered GP, but I always ask to see her. I trust her implicitly. It’s just a shame the management of this practice doesn’t reflect the quality of care this GP offers.

She listens as if you are the only patient she has seen that day. She respects your individuality and treats you with respect. A very professional doctor who I trust completely. I hold her in very high esteem as does my husband.

Dr Burnett is a wonderful, caring Doctor. I have absolute trust in her diagnosis because she listens to me and I feel I can tell her anything no matter how embarrassed I may feel. She makes me feel relaxed which is no small thing for me. She is just so easy to talk to! A truly fantastic doctor in a wonderful practice!
