Dr Veronica is a caring, lovely person. She does not pretend to know everything but she finds out and checks when she seems unsure. The practise is so much better than others I have heard of in this rural area - the doctors perform their own 'triage' on the phone if you call for an appointment - so you can actually talk directly to them, I have never had a problem seeing a doctor quickly if needed, sometimes just talking about it to a doctor reassures that I do not need to see them.
