Okay, so i have a surgery coming up, i have contacted Dr's Ferguson secretary Ms. Catherin to ask if it's possible to talk to the doctor before the operation. She was friendly and keen to help. Now i have two more appointments for pre-assessment and actual surgery. fingers crossed, I'll update my review accordingly, P.s. I'll give the doctor the benefit of the doubt and give this a five star rating till the surgery is done, ill get back and update my review with some more insights about the doctor, treatment, after surgery and the rest.
