He was simply brilliant - we were at our wits end with our son (albeit as first time parents). For the first time we felt listened to, and thus subsequent diagnosis and suggested courses of action gave us comfort we were heading the right direction.
Whilst we had visited him whilst on holiday he was happy for us to stay in touch and we have continued to speak to him, often just for ten minutes. Put simply, we trust him, and enjoy his bedside manner, far more than anyone else we have spoken to.
