Dr Papalouka was very helpful and put me at ease straight way. She was very thoughtful and caring and I didn't feel as if I was just a hospital number. Very professional and didn't rush me through at all. Answered all the questions I had about the mammogram and ultrasound. I was overwhelmed at what great service I was greeted with from This very lovely lady, being an extremely anxious patient going for biopsies due to breast lumps and with Dr Papalouka's perfect bedside manner being extremely conciencous but also to the point, which put my mind at great ease, I would personally like to thank you for being very awesome!
