It is always very difficult to get hold of the doctors. On one occassion I was asked to call back four days later to see I could get an appointment (I wasn't asked about the severity of the problem I wanted help with). Sessions with the doctors are also rushed and it feels like a struggle to get the chance to ask about condition or prescription.
