Always given an appointment when requested. Never a problem when requesting symptom prescription the Dr always calls back when told he would. Staff are professional but friendley. Only one down side , the options on the phone system, you can be left wating to get through on the chosen option for sometime. Its fine having messages and options but the phone still needs to be answered within a reasonable time. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.
