Dr Chakka is a most caring, compassionate Doctor who is always extremely kind, who takes time and listens to what you have to say and because of this he carries out excellent care/service to the patient. Dr Chakka is also respectful, polite and kind to the nurses and other medical staff that I have seen him interact with, so whilst you are in his care it is reassuring.
