Given the current circumstances Dr Loke provided me with as much close contact care as I would have hoped for.

Was very reassured by the time Dr Loke took to understand my issues on direct questioning and organising scans - all very efficient and clearly knowledgeable in his field. Post scan issues were dealt with on a virtual call which is a good option as saved a physical trip for what would essentially have been a conversation (this is a good option to offer patients longer term).

My name is John Scales and I used to stay in Tunbridge Wells and Pembury, during the 1990's and 2000's, whilst I was there I was a patient of Dr Loke , and in a good few times he stretched my gullet for me. I honestly couldn't have been in better hands. He spoke to me like a friend after each time he did it reassuring me I would be fine and able to swallow my food a lot better, which I did. On my last visit to him he explained it wasn't good to keep having the procedure done as my gullet could collapse of tear. I am now living back in Scotland and having been in the hospital here the doctor here wanted to stretch my gullet without any having seen my medical records from the Kent and Sussex hospital. I said I wouldn't have it done. I how I wish I was still living in Tunbridge Wells, I wouldn't hesitate to have Dr Loke to do it for me. I'll forever be in his debt for his help. John Scales.

I was seen by Dr Tuck- Kay Lowe in the Respiratory Clinic on Monday March 19th . I have been suffering from COPD for about 4 years and have been admitted to hospital several times , the most recent being February 1st - 8th in AMU at Tunbridge Wells hospital at Pembury . Dr Loke was extremely helpful , answering all my questions and giving my wife and me a great deal of advice . We did feel that it may have been helpful to have had the appointment for the lung function tests before I was seen by the doctor rather than on the day after ! Also there were no notes from AMU regarding my recent stay in hospital . Dr Loke spent time with us , helping us to understand the problems for which we are extremely grateful .

Response from Dr Tuck-Kay Loke

Thank you for providing this positive feedback. Your opinion matters greatly in helping to improve our services locally. I have fed back to the hospital management who are now looking ant providing a more integrated electronic patient record at this hospital to address this specific issue. Dr T-K Loke
