My daughter has been under Dr Bates care for the past two years, he left no stone unturned whilst trying to diagnose the cause of her debilitating daily migraines. He is very thorough, kind, caring and great at listening. I felt my daughter was very safe under his care. I could also get in contact with him through email with my concerns at anytime and he was great at responding.

Dr Bate has been very helpful in helping treat my daughter's condition of night time bed wetting. He took the time to listen and address all our concerns in the face to face consultation, and explained the condition to my daughter in a way she could make sense of it / understand. He also gave us a treatment plan of action with an agreed follow up after this. Whenever I emailed Dr Bate with regards to a prescription request or other query, he responded promptly. I am very grateful to Dr Bate for his care and support of my daughter.
