Dr Eastbrook is a very good Dr which shows if you try to book her its usually two weeks or so to see her , I trust her wise words and judgements, she listens and discusses solutions and never hurries you.
However I do think it would be helpful to both patients and Drs if on the notice board they said who was next to see the Dr as sometimes in an emergency or if they are running late there is no info given to patients who can get stressed when the wait is over 3/4 of an hour hope Balmoral will take this on board and make the arrangements as overall its a very good practice.
