Tom is an outstanding doctor who I have had the pleasure of working with for the last 2 years. He is kind hearted and devoted, which is portrayed in his care as he ensures that his patients receive the very best and he goes to great lengths to achieve this. Tom has excellent communication skills and will answer any questions from patients that they do not understand and checks understanding afterwards. He is always professional and a good team player. As a sister of a busy ward, it can be difficult to keep up to date with all the patients new plans and goals for the day, however I know that when Tom is on duty I can rely on him to handover to me and ensure I am aware of any crucial or urgent tasks. Thank you Tom for your hard work, your patients are certainly in good hands and you are an excellent role model to other doctors and NHS professionals.
