I met Dr Sevitt before and after receiving radiotherapy. He was very clear in his briefing and the treatment I received was very effective.

I was very happy with my consultation with Dr Sevitt. Very friendly, attentive, thorough and considerate throughout. He took time to talk me through the available treatment option, and to fully outline the potential risks and benefits. He also took time to listen to and discuss my questions and thoughts. After the consultation I felt that I had all the necessary information carefully explained to me so that I could reach a considered decision on the way ahead.

Dr. Sevitt is a remarkable man. However busy he might - must - be, he appears to have plenty of time to listen to anxieties and to answer questions. He considers options that others might dismiss as fanciful and encourages a positive attitude at all times, reinforced by his blindingly obvious extensive knowledge and experience. My husband is his patient, and he agrees with me that it is impossible to imagine a gentler or more understanding oncologist, and we always leave his consultations with a lighter step, knowing that his are the safest pair of hands in the business. How lucky we are to have found him.
