Tim is a very caring down to earth doctor who really genuinely cares about my progress and concerns, he is open to discussion and really listens. I have never had any problems and I hope he continues to do well
Tim was very calming and talked me through all my medication options until I was happy with my level of understanding. Tim also printed off information for me to go away with. Tim has a very kind smiley manner about him.
I probably have too much to say about my own medication than I should and will go into the details of how medications work etc. Not once has he made me feel like I shouldn't discuss things like that and I should just listen to him. I feel like our decisions are joint decisions rather than you must take this. I think I am probably an annoying patient but he puts up with me. Don't feel like I have a time limit on the appointments or feel rushed.
I find Dr Millward quite friendly, he listens to you when you have any thing to say. He advises you to think about taking the right medication, and not to rush into any thing that's going to put your mental health at risk. As I have been on a level with my mental health for some time, I follow his advice as I don't want to slip back to where I was before.
Dr Millward has taken care of me since the birth of my daughter. He is a credit to his profession. He is very attentive and really knows his stuff. I feel good knowing that my mental health is in his hands.
