Dr Millward at st marys is a great doctor, only negative is not being able to speak to him after being discharged to GP, i had a question about side effects 3 days after being transferred back to GP and they wouldnt let me speak to him.
The GP was clueless. So in a bit of a predicament
Im sorry to hear of your predicament If you ring the MH Hub and explain your situation they will be able to contact me and getr this sorted
Very polite, understanding. Took time to understand my concerns.
Tim, is blunt, honest, careing and very much supportive of me with my "special" needs
I have only spoken to Dr. Millward over the phone twice. Both times he took the time to ensure I was responding well to my medication and gave me the opportunity to adjust my dose, explained likely outcomes and validated my concerns.
Id also like to add, Dr Millward was standing in for another doctor, meaning that his extra time spent ensuring I was okay is appreciated all the more.
Dr Millward made me feel like I wasnt wasting his time. I struggle to open up to any Dr, but I felt as comfortable talking to him as I think I ever could.
