Unfortunately the surgery and this doctor are very condescending and I am unable to recommend this surgery. They have totally destroyed me. Why because they are unfeeling and just laugh.

This surgery and Gp was at onto cope point not too bad. As of late the entire practice has deteriorated and quite simply is unable. Receptionists are taking blood and women seem to think they will be performing smear test and he categorically told me he has no faith in the NHS or our hospitals

I had an appointment for 9.40 on 3rd Dec. He referred me to Reception for a blood test. The Receptionist booked me a place for 10 minutes time and I walked out soon after 10 o/c with a promise that the result would be available next afternoon. The next Morning, Dr Kimber telephoned and explained what the test had found and told me the prescription was written and could be collected, with a useful note. I collected the prescription, took it to the Pharmacist and was home and able to start medication within 30 hours of seeing the Doctor. Not only was Dr Kimber efficient and provided a clear explanation of my problem but his Reception staff were friendly and helpful and were obviously proud of their teamwork.
