As a former patient of Dr Fenlon's (she is greatly missed), having a new Dr, just emphasises how superb Dr Fenlon was.
No criticism of Dr Howe, he is fine but does not take the time or interest Dr Fenlon used to. It has gone from a 5 start service to a satisfactory one.
