Both my parents were referred to Dr Chan at different times. My father had a consultation a few years ago and was placed under Dr Chan's team. My sister attended those appointments and couldn't speak highly enough of the care and attention Dr Chan showed. In July 2022 I attended an appointment with my mother. Dr Chan remembered the family, was considerate and made us feel very comfortable. My mother is a difficult lady but Dr Chan had her chatting all the time we were there. He showed great compassion and was very reassuring towards my mother and provided me with full information about her ongoing care and needs. I don't know what I was expecting from such a difficult appointment. (Both parents have Alzheimer's) but Dr Chan made it a comfortable and positive experience. I consider that anyone waiting to be seen by him can be reassured that they can expect the same excellent experience.

I went with my Mother to see Dr Chan. This consultation was with regard to previous memory tests and brain scan. Dr Chan spent an hour with us giving extremely thorough feedback. His manner with my Mother was excellent. He was extremely understanding and gave us both comfort in knowing the way forward. Dr Chan listened to us and I felt that time was not an issue. I found his approach first class. I was very grateful to Dr Chan and felt my mother was in good hands.

My most recent contact with Dr Chan has arisen due to a concern. Dr Chan contacted me personally, and arranged an appointment to see my mother within the week. His whole attitude has been exemplary, and we could not have asked for better from him. He is everything a good Doctor should be.
