I live in london and Dr. Chan saw me after my mental health crisis. He seemed more interested in getting to know what happened then really pushing for anything which was quite a relief. He was really supportive about my return to studies after my breakdown from stress at uni and I'd highly recommend him as a specialty consultant due to fact he's been amazing. I think he saw me on a temporary basis since i don't live in wales but seems to have brought alot of welsh patience and understanding with him. NHS needs more doctors like this.

Dr Timothy Chan is the Best,he was brilliant with our mum. We liked the fact he spoke to our mum and not at her he put our mum first and explained everything to her, he also involved myself and my sister without distressing our mum,Dr Chan was very respectful and kind. Denise and Teresa

Dr Chan was brilliant. He helped us enormously with his careful, patient diagnosis of my aunt's condition. He is very patient and understanding, with true empathy.

Doctor Chan is a lovely calm, reassuring man with a beautiful smile. You immediately feel at ease at what is a very worrying time. We brought my mother to see him and he diagnosed early Alzheimer's, he spoke to her and explained everything to her as well as to my sister and myself, and I could tell my mother felt very comfortable in his presence. We never felt rushed and he explained so much, not only about the disease but where to find help online and about Power of Attorney. We came away from the hospital feeling cared for and listened to. A truly lovely man who cares about every patient and their family he sees. We couldn't have asked for anyone better or more caring to help and listen to our concerns. Thank you.
