I attended Dr Chan's clinic today with my father. Despite having to come to terms with a few of life's changes recently, my father was treated respectfully and with great understanding and kindness.
This particular 'trip to the doctors' had the potential to be very stressful but I'm delighted to say that we were both very reassured and have been able to pass that on that reassurance to the rest of the family.
