I have been seen by Dr Bicanic on various occasions at her Outpatients Clinic. Her professional and approachable manner immediately instils the patients with a feeling of confidence and puts them at ease. She takes great care to establish their medical history and to thoroughly familiarise herself with the situation . She is a good listener, readily addresses any concerns that the patient may have, and is very thorough in showing and explaining test results to them. Having decided on the most suitable way forward she then explains the proposed procedures in a clear and concise way.
