Having experienced poor mental health last year I confided in Dr.Neale. I was given the standard Fluoxetine and online Counselling treatment plan. Later that year my mental health took a serious down turn and I was at the point of suicide, I contacted the surgery before carrying out any plans I had. I spoke to Dr.Neale and I told him my position to which I was met with an incredibly non compassionate 'What's the problem with you?'. He didn't show any care or bedside manner and I later went on to make an attempt on my own life. This man does not understand nor seemingly care about mental health issues. If you are seeing him for this reason, I highly recommend avoiding him at all costs.

Again couldn’t care less about my mental health, just made me spend £150 on prescriptions and my issue only got worse. When my mental health got awful he ran from me and referred me to other inexperienced doctors that didn’t know what to do with me. If you are looking for a good GP this certainly isn’t one.

Dr Neale is very thorough and ensures every avenue is investigated to provide full recovery. Long term conditions are treated as well as they can be.
