The first thing that impressed me was his friendly greeting...coming to meet me in the corridor! Extremely keen to make me feel at ease before examining me. Next he carefully found out what I knew of my condition before explaining the current deterioration and need for action. He then explained different scenarios carefully and at all times allowed questions which he gave clear and easy to grasp answers. I left feeling confident my condition was being expertly overseen and that my health was in good safe hands!
