Fantastic experience and very understanding and took their time to help me. The only reason I didn’t give a full five star is not to do with Dr Thirani (everything she did was perfect) but to do with PUK and the backlog they are experiencing. I felt that my dr was working incredibly hard and trying to get through as much as she could and help me but had to also work hard in the background with other cases. I felt like I didn’t get the 100% experience with them I needed as the services were so backlogged and short staffed. This again I want to stress is NOT Dr Thiranis fault far from it. She got back to me as quick as she could even if it was very late in the evening and would help me right away and get me what I needed from medication to reassurance. I’m glad i had her to help me I wish it would of been under less stressful and straining times due to backlogs and medication shortages but they did an amazing job and over came that and did a great job helping me. Truly listened to me and helped me understand things better. I enjoyed my time with them and I’m very happy we have people like her on our side when it comes to mental health and helping us. Anyone who is referred to Dr Thirani in the future is in safe and understanding hands. All the best to you Dr Thirani and thank you so much for helping me on my journey to becoming better.
