Dr TKs motives as a doctor seemed unsettling. I felt very unsafe and not heard at all by him. The place to start with constructive criticism is to perhaps ask how the patient is in a meeting, and acknowledging that they are there would also be a good thing. The basics need to be worked on before anything further. Seeing him did me more harm than good.
