Considering the limited time available to spend with her patients, Dr Carthy is extremely patient, caring and able to listen as well as offering helpful advice.
Just wish a certain allowance could be made for a slight overspill of the allocated appointment time without making all the other patients having to wait longer for their needed appointments,i.e. spacing out the appointment times instead of bunching them so closely together. But may be that's not possible due to the shortage of staff and increasing number of patients. Oh well, can live in hope!!!
Other wise, thank you Dr. Carthy and the Lilyville Surgery for your wonderful service to the community in this way.
