What a fabulous doctor. I'm new and he really listened to me. I would highly recommend him (as I entered the waiting room I heard an elderly gentleman saying he was the best doctor and I quite agree!)

I am annoyed by the fact that the surgery have; "do not miss your appointment" or "missed appointments cost £xxx" or we had XXX missed appointments last year". However, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes when I visited the surgery for a pre-arranged appointment, my appointment was at 08:20 and I didn't see Dr.Arain until 09:00. Yes, he apologised but I should have been kept informed of the lateness on entering the surgery, the consequence is that I had to ring my first business appointment and cancel. ps....the reception staff need a happy pill !!

He worked in conjunction with Practice Nurse Dee Young, who was herself very helpful and efficient.

Dr Arain is definitely my doctor of choice at the Practice. He is very professional and thorough, but at the same time very approachable and pleasant. If I have one complaint, it is that he is always running late, even if you have one of the first appointments of the day!

Dr Arain is pleasant, very professional, puts one at on'es ease and listens well to one's explanations of symptoms . Happy to arrange a referral to a consultant , organised a blood test within 24 hours .
