Dr Arain could not have been more helpful and showed genuine concern. He even telephoned me immediately after my appointment to let me know that he had successfully organised for me to see the practice nurse for an ECG, 2 hours earlier than the scheduled appointment that morning.

Always thoughtful and caring. Allows sufficient time for exchange of views with patient, and listens carefully before making diagnosis.

This is the most friendly doctor I have seen since living in west byfleet and the practice has vastly improved from the previous owners of the practice sorry but I can't remember his name. I have also recommended him to my wife who has changed practices to see him and my mother who joined the practice to see him. He is also special now that he specialises in diabetics.

Dr Arain, as usual, was thorough, personable and efficient. If consulting your GP can be viewed as a pleasure, then this applied to my recent visit!
