Dr Javaid is a great listener and is very easy to talk to. She's kind and understanding. I feel comfortable in her hands and she gives great medical advice. After having many different doctors, I'm glad I've found Dr Javaid who I can rely on and trust.

Dr. Javaid saw me after I had been struggling with extreme stiffness & pain in my joints for over a year. I had seen various Doctors at the practice (due to many staff changes) but she immediately noticed the shape of my hands were changing and referred me to Dr. Irani's Rheumatology Clinic at Ashford Hospital. Thanks to her, I am now on medication, receiving Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy & have been referred for Hydrotherapy at St. Peters. As I'm a Carer for my Mum who has Alzheimer's, daily life had been such a struggle but I'm feeling so much better already, more like my old self again. I owe it all to her prompt diagnosis and just can't thank her enough..........I'm so grateful to have my life back again. I can't believe I could feel so much better just one week after seeing the Consultant!

Interested in me and listend to my concerns. Friendly approach and felt Dr Javaid was treating me as an individual. (sorry my spelling 's not too good, this red line has come up under listend but don't know where the spell check is)

I have been a patient at this surgery for some 30+ years and seen many changes. I have especially liked technology being used for arrivals, booking/cancelling appointments, information board, electronic reports from consultants, labs etc. and pleased to see there is still a "real person" to speak to should these fail! I hope Studholme had a period of rapid staff turnover, which was disturbing for patients and employees too no doubt. This now seems to be history and it feels like a nice place to work - more efficient too. I'd like to hope that Dr Javaid will be with the practice, and my doctor of choice, for a long time; she manages the 10 minute consultation with skill, thoroughness and attention to detail without any hint of rushing. I have the highest regard for her and her advice.
