I met this Dr today for the first time and I hope never to again. She was rude, uncaring, with a passive/aggressive approach.
I have an assigned Dr but can never get an appt with them, I waited 2 weeks to be told that as she hadn't ordered my tests she was unable to advise next course of treatment. It was a huge chore to even read the report on the system, and she offered solutions which had already been under taken. A complete lack of interest and I left none the wiser trying not to cry.
I asked to lodge a formal complaint and was advised the practice manager would call. I'm still waiting.
I feel Dr Javaid treats me as an individual and gives me good support, listening to my concerns, sorting treatment out and explaining things. There is so much pressure on the GP's with so many patients and paperwork but she doesn't make you feel part of that pressure.
Dr Javaid has been a very good and caring doctor for both myself and my husband during the past year when we have been going through a very difficult set of circumstances. She has always listened very patiently and gone out of her way to help refer us to other specialists.
She was very thorough and seems to genuinely care about her patients. She makes you feel comfortable and and handles delicate subjects well.
Despite not being my allocated Doctor, Dr Javaid remains kind, helpful and genuine and pretty much treats me as though I am here allocated patient. She actually sounded genuinely pleased when my mental health improved.
