In 2014 there arose an occasion when I needed to see a doctor reasonably urgently. My usual doctor, who had overseen my health for many years and in whom I had complete confidence, was unavailable (he has since retired) and I was given an appointment with Dr Ferguson. Over the last two years I have had several health problems and, apart from one occasion, I have been seen by her. I feel she is a wonderful doctor. Her thoughtful and honest approach, her continuing encouragement towards improvements in my health and her obvious commitment to her patients’ general wellbeing, is exemplary. As with my previous doctor at the Cross Deep Practice, I feel I have complete confidence in Dr Ferguson and am so pleased to be able to think of her as, “My GP”.

Avoid Dr Ferguson like the plague. Totally oblivious to patient need & completely obsessed with her social life rather than doing her job

Very nice doctor, attentive and thorough if only she had more time to listen to the patient, previous doctors within this practice had time and patients, now its more of a conveyor belt attitude, shame. More time please.
