Dr Dawson was kind, caring and considerate. She seemed genuinely interested in my position and wanted to help. She was open and made me comfortable discussing my concerns with her. She did not rush me and did not use medical jargon. Her communication was clear and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend her and the other staff working in her team.

Dr Dawson was very understanding and kind. She was very sympathetic and explained her analysis of my problem in lay terms, with an explaination of the medical condition that I have, along with the prognosis. Dr Dawson also had that vital ingredient - communication or the ability to talk to me on a one-to-one basis.

Dr Dawson put me at ease immediately and demonstrated great care when listening to my symptoms. Dr Lawson explained in terms that were completely understood for the reasons my symptoms were not as first diagnosed as a TIA then followed with an explanation of her principal diagnosis as Syncope syndrome. This diagnosis was then followed with her recommendation for a follow up treatment. Again her concern for me as the patient was first class and any fears I may have had for my symptoms were dismissed. I have nothing but praise for Dr Lawson.
