Dr Dawson was very understanding and kind. She was very sympathetic and explained her analysis of my problem in lay terms, with an explaination of the medical condition that I have, along with the prognosis.
Dr Dawson also had that vital ingredient - communication or the ability to talk to me on a one-to-one basis.
