Dr Burgess helped me to feel at ease during a routine procedure, which I find generally makes me feel a little anxious. She made me feel completely comfortable discussing difficulties with my cycle, encouraging me to share the difficulties I was having, and suggesting some really helpful treatment which I had not previously heard about. I have been seen by Dr Burgess before, both alone and with my son. She is extremely thorough and there is no sens of urgency or rush when I see her, she is simply very efficient. This must be hard in times when General Practitioners are under such pressure. Her professionalism and dedication to the person in front of her is reflective of the Practice in general. A superb Practice, and we are lucky to be treated there.
